The mixed-use and retail components, dubbed The Row and totaling 100,000 square feet, are designed to reflect the layered nuances of Richmond’s more established urban neighborhoods; each of the seven buildings have a distinct, but unified, architectural aesthetic giving each building its own unique character. The buildings are connected by pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, restaurant patios, gracious landscape, and one-of-a-kind murals by a renowned local Richmond artist evoke a true community feel.
