After completing the challenge of revamping Stony Point V, we were invited to come back to the Stony Point Campus and work our magic on the office park’s newest development – Stony Point VI. Our team partnered with Highwoods to develop the three story, 90,000-SF outpatient surgery center and medical office building for Virginia Urology. Featuring an outpatient surgery center on the first level and two floors of medical office suites above, our designers were tasked with creating a space for the healthcare provider that is conducive to emerging medical practices and technology, yet still an inviting and hospitable environment for patients. The project also includes a two-story, 325-space parking deck that cuts into the site below grade. With an expansive glass facade, the medical facility makes a striking impression as the newest addition to the office buildings lining Stony Point Drive.
