To meet increasing patient demand, VCU Health worked with Highwoods to develop a new ambulatory care center for VCU Health on the existing Stony Point campus. The three-story, 60,000 square-foot building contains dermatology, IVF, physical therapy, and ENT practices. The design also includes a clinical supply department and sterilization center to support all of VCU Health’s practices at Stony Point.

The exterior of the building is a combination of composite aluminum panels and storefront glazing, set in a masonry veneer to reflect the look of the existing buildings.  Mechanical and electrical systems have been designed to allow for current practices while providing capacity for future clinical requirements.
