Under our VCCS A/E term contract, Baskervill was selected to design this 3,963 SF addition to the Smith Hall at Laurel Ridge Community College to create additional classroom space for the college’s workforce program. The space includes labs and storage and acts as a new front door to campus, welcoming students in. The addition matches the exterior aesthetic of the wider campus, taking the masterplan into account.
