Baskervill provided comprehensive architectural, interior design, and MEP engineering services for this new build Hyatt Place in Virginia Beach. The design is a modified prototype of six story and 137 rooms, including an entry vestibule, bar/cafe, guest kitchen, sun-room, administrative offices, business center, gallery, meeting rooms and fitness room. The design draws materiality inspiration from nearby Pembroke Office Park’s revitalization initiative, another Baskervill-led project, which offers up a fresh, urban-centric vibe to the area.
