As part of Richmond’s urban-concept mixed-use development, GreenGate, Baskervill designed a 50,000-SF multi-tenant office building steps away from the neighborhood’s diverse offering of restaurants and shops. Featuring a modern twist on a traditional brick facade, the exterior design of the building complements the fabric of the surrounding community, designed to reflect the layered nuances of Richmond’s beloved urban neighborhoods. Large storefront-like windows flood the first-floor lobby and public spaces with natural light. Inside, the design pulls from a neutral palette of clean white walls punctuated by colorful art, live greenery, dark walnut accents, and gray stone detailing. The building is home to Tuckahoe Orthopedics.
