The design for this confidential boutique hotel seeks to tell the story of Nordic hospitality with quirky modernity and a humanistic quality. The simplicity and minimalism of Scandanavian design serves as the foundation of the design, influenced by visionary modernist artists, creating a clean yet vibrant and sophisticated story.

Baskervill is providing architecture, interior design and MEP on this comprehensive renovation to the façade and main level, as well as updates to the lower level and rooftop pool and bar areas. This project is currently in design.
