Call Federal Credit Union, one of our longtime clients, is taking their model in a whole new direction given the financial industry’s tumultuous shakeup. Instead of oversized, freestanding member centers, they’re moving toward smaller, more efficiently designed spaces that encourage people to be the hero of their financial life story.

On the heels of a successful interior renovation project, Call Federal Credit Union selected Baskervill to create a space-efficient design for a new 1,320-SF location in a developing suburban market. Upon entering the lobby, members are surrounded with playful accent colors and a well-stocked lounge and coffee bar. A blend of public spaces and two large private offices with bold lighting fixtures give customers multiple options for completing transactions and getting financial advice. Reconfigurable furniture in the open, roomy lounge allows the Call Federal team to keep the gathering space fresh and aligned with how members want to connect and conduct business.
