Baskervill is thrilled to announce that the AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte SouthPark has been honored with a 2020 Gold Key Award for Excellence in Hospitality Design for Best Lobby Midscale. The Gold Key Awards, presented by Boutique Design magazine, are the industry’s oldest and most prestigious awards program for hospitality interiors, recognizing influential and innovative design work in the hospitality industry. The annual awards program celebrated 40 years in 2020. This year’s winners were selected from over 350 submissions from 100 design firms from around the world. This is Baskervill’s first Gold Key Awards win; the firm’s Glass Light Hotel & Gallery, Autograph Collection was a 2020 finalist for Best Hotel Upper Midscale.
