Located at the Corner of Belvedere and Cary Street, the 265,000-square-foot, 400-bed apartment-style student housing facility features two-bedroom and four-bedroom units. The project includes 12,500 square feet of residential college, 22,260 square feet of restaurant, coffee shop and market, and a 685-car parking deck. The parking deck opened in August 2007, and the housing portion became operational in August 2008. VCU and Baskervill view the Monroe Campus Addition as another milestone in their long history of successful collaboration.
