With the tremendous commercial and retail growth of the Short Pump corridor west of Richmond, The Breeden Companies, a Richmond area development group, realized the tremendous opportunities available and asked Baskervill to design a retail strip center that would complement the design of the adjacent town center mall and house specialty tenants. Baskervill’s design includes towers that repeat on each building, adding aesthetic appeal and increasing in-line visibility for drivers.
