The project included restacking space at their headquarters and evaluating relocation of printing and processing functions into an existing industrial building. The planning required high-level government meetings to discuss long-term strategies as well as detailed analysis of work flow for processing income tax returns. The project resulted in a comprehensive PPEA proposal to relocate all tax department functions into a single new 265,000 square foot facility.
