The new 16,000 square foot facility includes executive offices, a board room, back office operations, mission critical IT and warehouse space. The site is master-planned for a 10,000 square foot addition when needed. Located in the town of Tappahannock, the design responds to the community setting by introducing varying roof gables with a brick exterior for a small town, friendly atmosphere. Inside, the layout strategically provides for the proper security found in similar facilities; yet it offers effi cient circulation and appropriate adjacencies in a comfortable, pleasant interior.
