The design goal is to establish a new delivery model and member experience that promotes value through engagement rather than transaction. Based on the research with DuPont through Baskervill's Immersion process, the new branch will redefine the member experience, project a warm and inviting atmosphere and engage the staff and member through progressive technology solutions. The new design will also leverage the space to tell DuPont's story and reinforce their connection to the community.
