Located on the picturesque Vanderbilt University campus, the project will renovate and upgrade the entirety of the 175,000-square-foot hotel, including public spaces and guestrooms. The plans also call for exterior and parking deck improvements. The design incorporates custom finishes and furniture with the brand standards of the Courtyard Refreshing Business Concept to create a unique and updated guest experience.
"Baskervill is excited to create a tailored design for this property," said Carole Hochheiser Ross, principal. "We enjoy developing interior concepts that incorporate a unique look and feel for each property, while remaining true to the brand's roots."
